BOOKING PROCEDURE AND TICKET DISPATCH

To make a reservation, phone, e-mail or fax us your requirements (it may help you to use the form provided so nothing is overlooked). We do require written confirmation to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We generate air tickets, accommodation and car-hire vouchers instantly "in-house".

Tickets are normally sent by first class mail.  However we can arrange a courier service to deliver the tickets and other travel documents (to your office, home, golf-club wherever!) if you need the tickets urgently.  Alternatively we will arrange "tickets on departure" and provide you with a reference number and instructions as to point and time of collection.

The latest airline technology is the Electronic ticket. This simple and efficient system is gradually being introduced to replace paper tickets. We issue E-tickets inhouse and provide you with a locator reference that acts as your ticket and allows the airline to access your booking at check in. There is no longer need to worry about tickets not arriving on time!


DISCOUNTED HOLIDAYS FOR STAFF

We have a Retail Travel Agency on the premises and we are very happy to offer all the management and staff of our valued Business House Clients a 5% discount (when paid by cash or cheque) on any personal travel arrangements. This may be a package holiday, ferries, flights or individual tailor made itineraries - in fact any element to suit an individual's requirements.  In addition we offer a special discount of 7.5% off any holiday booked from an EHS selection.
