CONFERENCES & INCENTIVES

We are happy to arrange your Company conference, set up travel related incentive schemes for your sales staff, or arrange any type of group travel.

We can of course make these arrangements in the U.K. or Worldwide but have particular expertise in Portugal (which includes Madeira, Porto Santo and the Azores), and in Spain.

Have you ever thought of holding your Board Meetings in Portugal or Spain?  We can arrange the very best accommodation, inexpensive flights, transfers or car hire together with meeting room etc in some very interesting surroundings.  We can even provide a Portuguese speaking member of staff to accompany you.

In particular the EHS Selection brochure features a variety of accommodation types which can be used for group travel - either for seminars, conferences or Incentive Travel... this may include golf.  We have the ability to pre-book tee-off times or arrange tuition at a number of Championship Courses.

Finally, we have Tour Operator fares on Euro Tunnel and some Ferry Lines at our disposal, so groups to mainland Europe can be less expensive.

INSURANCE FOR TRAVELLERS

We offer all our leisure clients Travel Insurance.  Our chosen cover is "middle of the road" - reasonable cover at reasonable cost.  Ask for our list of premiums and a specimen of the policy if you would like one.

We can now offer you insurance cover against a Scheduled Airline Failure. You will recall the difficulties encountered when Sabena, Swissair and Gill Air suddenly went out of business in 2001  This covers you against financial loss as a result of cancellation or curtailment as a result of the insolvency of the Scheduled Airline up to a maximum of £1500 per ticket. The premium is just £2 per return ticket irrespective of the number of sectors. I suggest that you consider instructing us to cover all of your operatives taking Scheduled flights;

 We have negotiated a special Annual Travel Insurance cover for Travellers with IBT with excellent value cover at only £95 per annum (plus a further £39 for traveller’s Spouse if required). A £35 excess is applicable to most sections of cover but this can be waived for a modest £7.50 per person. We recommend that you take out this cover for all your travelling personnel.
