We offer a very personal service to our valued Business House Clients.

The level of "Service" we expect our staff to provide is extremely high and it follows that such service must be "Personal" to achieve savings of your time and travel costs.

There are a minimum of two members of staff who will always be the point of contact at this office and who will quickly build up a good business relationship with the travel buyers in your organisation.

These members of staff are IATA trained and certified Business Travel Consultants who have proved themselves reliable and innovative over a period of years.

An "out of hours" telephone number will enable you to make contact in an emergency with one of the specialist qualified member of staff, 24 hours per day, if you choose to utilise this service.

A Customer Profile for each of your regular travellers will be researched (with your help) to enable us to anticipate each client's requirements in terms of class of travel, smoking or non-smoking, favourite seat numbers, hotel grade, hire car group, special meal requirements when flying etc.

We appreciate feedback from all our Business Travellers and encourage them on their return to complete and fax back our "De-brief questionnaire".  This information will be used to identify any shortcomings, however trivial, in any element of the travel arrangements completed.
