VISAS
IBT can obtain Visas for you (please advise if you have a passport other than
a standard UK type EC document), usually obtained very quickly through our specialist
handling agent.
HOTELS
Hotel bookings are made either direct with hotels or hotel chains
(with whom
we have specially negotiated agreements for beneficial rates and conditions) or
for smaller hotels through one of the major booking agents such as Utell.
IBT have access to the Corporate (Trade) rates at the Lyric, Regal, Hanover
International and Arcadian Hotel Groups in the U.K. and Hilton, Sheraton,
Inter-Continental, Marriott and Hyatt Hotels worldwide. Plus if you have a
preferred hotel not included in the above, we can normally negotiate favourable
rates for you.
We will soon learn your special requirements (non-smoking room etc.),
and we appreciate your comments on any shortcomings of the hotels we book for
you (on the De-Brief Questionnaire supplied).
CAR HIRE
We have a variety of corporate rates with car hire companies in the UK and
Worldwide and will be pleased to arrange the type of car hire to suit your
requirements.
